SMS Messaging Consent
How we use text messages to keep you informed about your studio activity.
What Messages Will I Receive?
When you opt in to SMS notifications through QuickStudio, your studio may send you text messages including:
- Session reminders and upcoming lesson notifications
- Schedule changes, cancellations, or rescheduling updates
- Invoice and payment notifications
- Studio announcements and important updates
How Is Consent Collected?
Consent to receive SMS messages is collected during enrollment in QuickStudio. When a student or guardian is registered by their studio, they are presented with a clear opt-in checkbox to agree to receive text message notifications.
Consent is not required as a condition of enrollment. You may decline SMS notifications and still use all other features of the platform.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your studio activity. You can expect approximately 2 to 10 messages per month.
Rates and Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from your studio
- Contacting your studio directly to update your notification preferences
- Emailing us at support@quickstudio.me
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
